You can use the free offline preview without sending supplier CSV contents to a comparison server. Download once, extract the folder and keep the application files together.

From download to report

1. Download the free ZIP from this site. Extract all its contents to a folder you control.
2. Open index.html in a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. No installation, account or licence key is needed.
3. Select Try sample data before using your own files. The included samples folder also contains two fictional CSVs.
4. Choose your previous and updated UTF-8 CSV or TSV files, map the columns and confirm the pricing basis. Each input is limited to 5 MB and 25,000 rows.
5. Compare, resolve any rows requiring review, and export the full report. If a download is blocked, use the report's copyable CSV text fallback and save it as a UTF-8 .csv file.

What local processing means

The comparison runs in this application's JavaScript on your device. It does not send the input files or results to our server. The offline folder includes the scripts and styles it needs; opening online links still requires a connection.

It does not encrypt your files, manage device access, or control browser extensions and synced folders. Keep commercially sensitive files in a location permitted by your organisation. Downloaded reports contain source data too. Normal hosting access records when visiting the website are separate from local file processing.

If something does not work

• The page looks unstyled: extract the entire ZIP, not only index.html. Keep style.css and the scripts alongside it.
• The buttons do nothing: check that JavaScript is permitted. Managed-device restrictions may require help from your own administrator.
• Your file is not accepted: this preview reads UTF-8 CSV/TSV, not Excel workbooks or PDFs. Prepare a supported file while preserving identifiers and numeric formatting.
• You closed the page: this release does not save your loaded comparison for the next session. Reopen the files; retain exported reports separately.

Free download, same capabilities

The offline preview has the same free comparison features as the website. Batch processing and saved column settings are not available. No paid version is currently on sale.
